We can only characterize this move as “bush league.” With the UK under strict lockdown rules, residents cannot leave their homes unless they adhere to strict guidelines. However, one sneaky individual decided he could make it to the supermarket, if he simply camouflaged himself and faded into the scenery.
A couple from Stevenage—a town in Hertfordshire, England, just 28 miles north of London—shared footage with Fox News that they say shows one of their neighbors donning a disguise to head out to the store.
According to Nicholas Murray and Madeline Mai-Davies, the video shows the man dressed as a bush and apparently sneaking out to the store before heading back home with a shopping bag (and tripping along the way).
The couple captioned the footage, “Neighbor’s back at it again, sneaking out during lockdown” and “Neighbor always sneaking out to get his shopping.”
